Program Overview

Aman Group is seeking talented individuals to join our 18-month custom and immersive Management Development Program, designed to cultivate the future leaders of our luxury lifestyle brand.

Program Structure

The program journey begins with a 1-month period of immersion across all areas of the business, including operations, finance, HR, and sales. Participants will gain an insight into the various aspects of the business, gaining an overview of what it takes to effectively manage an ultra-luxury property.

Following the immersion period, participants will specialize in Rooms Division, progressively assuming increased responsibilities, refining their expertise and accelerating their growth. They will have the opportunity to take the lead on exciting projects and fine-tune their business acumen.

Locations Available

Participants will have the opportunity to join our Amanyangyun property in Shanghai, China, to undertake their 18-month program.

Responsibilities

We are seeking talented individuals who share our passion for luxury and have a desire to make a positive impact on both the guest experience and the communities in which we operate. We are looking for exceptional individuals who are eager to make their mark and be part of an exciting journey with our rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality.
  • Possess at least 1 year prior work or internship experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the destination.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin with one additional language such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, or Russian is a plus.
