As a key player in our China operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting assigned sales targets and quotas for the chemicals sector
  • Developing and implementing industry development plans, including replicable business models
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of partners in the industry
  • Crafting and deploying industry marketing activities to drive growth
  • Providing customers with efficient solutions that meet their needs
  • Ensuring company policies and restrictions are deployed effectively
  • Collaborating closely with senior managers to deliver accurate information
  • Maintaining good contract quality and cash return records

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • Preference for owners with sales and software experience
  • A successful sales track record
  • Majoring in Chemistry is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and an active work attitude
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • English reading and writing ability is preferred
