Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY (CHINA) LTD. as a Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow revenue in the Power Grids segment.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience and drive business growth.
- Adhere to HITACHI ENERGY's core values of safety and integrity, demonstrating responsibility and care for colleagues and the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or engineering field, preferably electrical or power-related.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in related industries.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Adequate English language and MS Office skills, with the ability to adapt to frequent travel.
