About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Amazon Global Selling team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programs related to New Seller success at Merchandising and Key events domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute programs to improve Seller experience across merchandising, product promotion, and ads adoption during key events and regular times.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to derive initiatives for Seller experience improvement.
  • Perform deep dives to derive analytical insights and share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Lead by influence and earn trust at all levels to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience working in sales, account management, sales excellence, operation, or business program management role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated track record of working in a cross-functional and international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Overseas education background, MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience with e-commerce, tech / Internet, or in-house / strategy consultant.
