B2C Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2C Sales Specialist to join our team at DALY BMS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and research.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Deliver effective sales skills training to the sales team and coach them on applying training content to real-life situations.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in the Ecommerce or Marketplaces industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
