About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2C Sales Specialist to join our team at DALY BMS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication with customers.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Deliver effective sales skills training to the sales team and coach them on applying training content to real-life situations.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the ecommerce or marketplaces industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
