Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy for assigned business areas in collaboration with the country marketing team.
• Drive business performance and achieve annual targets, including market share, revenue, profit, operational excellence, and strategic product/channel targets.
• Build and maintain a well-balanced customer/channel portfolio to ensure sustainable growth.
• Acquire and develop key customers and business partners to achieve high market penetration.
• Design and implement sales and service concepts to drive business growth through digital channels.
• Leverage data to inform business decisions and drive sales excellence and operational efficiency.
• Prepare the team and cross-functional teams for electrification transformation by staying up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, new players, and solutions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to drive today's performance and tomorrow's growth.
Key Tasks:
• Conduct customer visits and market research to inform sales strategy.
• Achieve assigned sales turnover targets in assigned areas.
• Manage relationships with existing customers to drive basic turnover growth.
• Collaborate with customers to implement regional marketing activities and improve Bosch branding and sales turnover.
• Oversee customers' monthly forecasts and coordinate with various Bosch departments to ensure timely order delivery.
• Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, direct, and monitor sales activities within the region to achieve sales targets.
• Responsible for annual planning and reporting, including business plan, cost, human resources, etc.
