Brand Director for Sweetened Tea Growth

Job Description
As a seasoned marketing professional, you will drive growth strategy for Yangguang Brand across Coca Cola Markets, delivering overall brand vision, business objectives, and financial targets.
Working closely with global teams, you will deliver high-quality marketing experiences in the region, ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms.
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to drive the no sugar sweetened tea category, helping Coca Cola to become #2 in Unsweetened Tea by 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand growth and expansion.
- Manage the sweetened Tea brand, Yangguang, in China, leading the expansion of the double-digit growing no sugar sweetened Tea segment.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in consumer marketing, including consumer opportunity identification, innovation, and communication development.
Skills:
- Strong strategic visioning, consumer empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
