Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Advisor to join our team in Beijing, China. As a sales advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and fitting rooms
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
