Sales Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in the United States. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve sales goals, providing training and mentorship to foster a high-performance sales team.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure targeted sales and revenue numbers are reached.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and product knowledge to deliver exceptional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through various channels.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in sales management.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and leading a team towards achieving sales objectives.
  • Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication across teams and with clients.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and maximizing opportunities.
