About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to join our team at Werfen in Beijing, Mainland China. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the Northwest region and driving business growth through effective distribution network management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, including sales planning, analysis, and forecast.
  • Serve as the primary interface between distributors and Werfen, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee local marketing activities with distributors to promote Werfen's products and services.
  • Provide technical support and application assistance to ensure distributor satisfaction and end-user satisfaction.
  • Manage and build effective sales teams in your territories, focusing on talent development and performance optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence, competitor activity reports, and identify opportunities for Werfen to expand its market presence.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

What We Offer:
