International Sales Director with Chinese Operations Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Director with extensive experience in Chinese operations to lead our global energy storage product market expansion.
Location: Global (China or international markets)
Job Overview
The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build high-performance sales teams, and drive revenue growth across key international markets.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with expertise in managing cross-border sales operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the company's international sales efforts, setting performance targets and creating business plans to meet those goals.
- Analyzing global market trends and implementing strategies to expand our presence in the energy storage market.
- Building and managing sales departments, focusing on recruitment, training, and team development.
- Maintaining and improving customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and enhancing service offerings to improve satisfaction.
- Overseeing cost and profit management for the sales department, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in team building, leadership, and managing high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of insight.
- Driven with a focus on results and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working with major companies in the energy storage sector, such as Tesla Energy, LG Energy Solution, BYD, Sonnen, or Fluence, are highly preferred.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
