Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Hollister Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions
