Job Title: Developer Support Associate

The Amazon Information Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Branch) - C34 Developer Services team is seeking an experienced Developer Support Associate to provide top-notch support to Selling Partners and developers who need assistance integrating their systems with our services.

This role requires a self-disciplined, diligent, and proactive individual with a strong ability to dive deep into technical details and make decisions in a timely manner with incomplete or ambiguous information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Selling Partners and developers who need assistance integrating their systems with our services.
  • Work closely with the global technical support team to ensure that developer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our APIs and services to provide accurate and timely support.
  • Communicate effectively with developers and Selling Partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical customer support or customer service.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical details.
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proven ability to make decisions in a timely manner with incomplete or ambiguous information.
  • Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong with Excel.
  • Knowledgeable with SQL, and programming languages like Java.
  • Familiarity with XML, web services, and APIs.
  • Understanding of the multi-channel e-commerce SaaS ecosystem.
  • Business level English language skills (written).
  • Business level Chinese language skills (written).
  • Business level Japanese language skills (written).
