Job Title: Cross Asset Sales Specialist

Join Société Générale Assurances as a Cross Asset Sales Specialist and take on a challenging role in our Corporate & Investment Banking team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to represent our structured product sales externally in the onshore China market and internally within the SG China organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive China franchise and cross-border client demand.
  • Work closely with onshore/offshore sales teams to identify new clients and new profitable products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, including banks, security houses, asset management companies, trust companies, and leasing companies.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the cross-asset space, including FIC underlying structured deposit/note, QDII, quanto-swap under NAFMII & EQD product, and ELS QIS under SAC.
  • Stay informed and undergo training in the field of ESG to ensure thorough understanding and incorporation into daily activities.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or structuring with a global market department of reputable banks.
  • Good understanding of financial institution businesses and knowledge of global market products on the fixed income and currencies side.
  • Strong motivation and good communication skills to deal with financial institution clients and develop new relationships.
  • Well understanding of different legal frameworks and regulations relevant to the business.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFA/FRM charter is preferred but not mandatory.
Language Skills:

Native in Mandarin and fluent in English.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
