Business Development Manager, Automotive Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the Automotive Industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our MNC Automotive Customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Automotive Industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our MNC Automotive Customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and execute plans to win strategic workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and leverage this knowledge to drive sales and business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise selling experience in ICT or Digital solutions in large global accounts.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
- Automotive industry knowledge and experience working with ADAS, SDV, or emerging Digital solutions in the automotive sector.
- Experience working in a global federated enterprise, influencing governance and policy, and working with multiple business units.
