Sales Professional for DAB Pumps

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our DAB Pumps team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all sales activities, including:
- Agreeing with the Area Sales Manager on commercial policies for the respective market.
- Monitoring sales results within the budget and intervening when deviations occur.
- Keeping distributors and/or agents updated on company commercial policies.
- Providing the Company with market and competitor news.
- Proposing company strategies and changes in the sales structure according to market developments.
- Organizing periodic meetings with distributors and/or agents.
- Collaborating with Marketing in the implementation of promotion campaigns.
- Preparing and participating in exhibitions.
- Preparing the sales plan and organization setup.
- Ensuring daily activity on customer visits.
- Performing any other assignments from management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college degree above in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering or a related major.
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar position in foreign companies.
- Experience in the pump and motor industry is a plus.
- Good knowledge of water pumps in the China market.
