Sales Expert for Commercial Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at DAB Pumps.
**Job Summary:**
This role is responsible for driving sales activities and contributing to the company's commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to specific markets.
- Analyze sales trends and results within budget constraints, identifying areas for improvement and developing corresponding reports.
- Maintain open communication with distributors and agents regarding company policies and updates.
- Stay informed about market developments and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to support business growth.
- Promote company strategies and adapt the sales structure in response to changing market conditions.
- Organize regular meetings with distributors and agents to foster strong relationships and align expectations.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Prepare for and participate in trade exhibitions to showcase products and build brand awareness.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, ensuring seamless operational setup.
- Foster daily interactions with customers, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international setting.
- Knowledge of the pump and motor industry, particularly in China.
**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
