We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team at DAB Pumps. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to develop and implement commercial strategies for the market.

2. Analyze sales trends and results, identifying areas for improvement and developing reports to inform business decisions.

3. Maintain strong relationships with distributors and agents, ensuring they are informed of company policies and market developments.

4. Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.

5. Develop and implement sales plans and organization set-ups to drive business growth.

6. Ensure daily activity on customer visits and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

College degree above in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering or related major.

More than 3 years experience in similar position in foreign companies is preferred.

Experience in pump and motor industry is a plus.

Good knowledge of water pumps in China market.
