Job Summary

As a key member of the PepsiCo team, the Customer Supply Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth implementation of CPFR strategy and initiatives in dedicated regions or customers. This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with customer supply chain teams, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver supply chain targets such as order fill rate, forecast accuracy, and inventory days to meet business objectives.
• Build visibility of top SKUs distribution, OOS, and slow-moving products for major customers and take action on top opportunities to optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with customer replenishment teams, KA, and SP to maximize in-stock percentages in major channels.
• Work closely with KA planners and customer marketing teams to ensure customized pack forecast accuracy and avoid overstocking and out-of-stock situations.
• Provide supply chain support to the KA group, including customer requests for supply chain KPI improvement, DC allowance negotiations, and CNY preparations.
• Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership, and execution within the GCR to achieve effective supply chain management.

Requirements

• University graduate or above.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Sensitive to data and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and hardworking with good interpersonal skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
