Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute local sales plans based on national strategies, working closely with vertical sales teams to drive business growth.
- Promote scientific products and services through customer education and collaboration with distributors.
- Evaluate and manage a network of ID distributors in the territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by visiting end-users, understanding their needs, and providing timely solutions and feedback.
- Provide training and application support to customers and distributors in the territory, prioritizing their needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of sales success and business development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
