About the Role

As a User Engagement Experience Specialist at OMP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional solutions to our customers. Our team works collaboratively to ensure seamless implementation and training, empowering customers to maximize their solution's potential.

Your Challenge

You'll be part of the Delivery team within our Customer Solutions organization. This involves working closely with project team members to implement all components of our solution and provide flawless integration. Your expertise will enable customers to understand and utilize our solution effectively.

Your Profile

We're seeking a highly skilled professional who meets the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • The ability to map complex problems into clear flowcharts
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • The flexibility to adapt your presentation style to suit your audience
  • An analytical approach
  • A patient and critical mindset
  • A commitment to uncovering the root cause of every issue
  • Good people skills
  • An approachable and trustworthy personality
  • The ability to motivate others and maintain momentum despite setbacks

Bonus Points

  • A background in supply chain planning
  • Experience configuring and deploying functionalities in our OMP solution
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes in one of our core industries: chemicals, consumer goods, life sciences, metals, paper, plastic film & packaging
