We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our GLP-1-CV/ASCVD portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing medical strategies that meet brand market objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute medical strategies that meet brand market objectives.
  • Ensure top-level medical contribution to internal and external customers.
  • Facilitate new product success launch and patient access.
  • Keep top-level KOL engagement and develop/expanding new top-level KOLs orchestra.
  • IEP/publication plan and execution and develop clinical trial (RWE, IIS etc).
  • Develop clinical trial (RWE, IIS etc).
  • Approver of promotional materials.
  • Team management and team budget.
Qualifications
  • Medical Master degree or above, preferable in endocrinology/cardiology.
  • Formal business education (MBA or equivalent) is preferable.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Scientific research and/or clinical experience, preferable in endocrinology/cardiology area.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, R&D or medical affairs functions.
  • > 3-year experience of Medical Affairs Manager.
