The Opportunity:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will work independently under close supervision to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base within a designated sales territory. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory with a focus on key accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prospect and establish new business relationships within the assigned territory, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Sell consultatively, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers, and build strong relationships to drive long-term growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement sales and marketing initiatives that drive business results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay competitive.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business or distribution sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools.
