Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professional services consultants to deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of services.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related experience in a software, SaaS, and/or systems integration environment.
  • Proven track record of project delivery and project management, with execution and leadership skills to drive profitable delivery of services engagements and displaying strong business acumen.
  • Consultative, advisory mind set, strong in customer engagements and relationship management.
  • Managed software development and delivery projects and understand the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of mapping, GIS, or location technology will give you an advantage, though is not mandatory.
  • Automotive experience is a plus.
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
