Global Sales Expansion Specialist

Expand Global Customer Base with Johnson Electric
This role will be reporting to the Director of Sales, expanding Johnson Electric's global customer base and product offerings in specific segments. The position will formulate strategic plans to drive business growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop business opportunities and pipelines leading to sales closures and drive commercial business strategies for assigned customers.
- Provide value propositions, prepare quotes, and support customers' day-to-day operations to close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for each customer assignment.
- Participate in commercial negotiations to secure profitable business and manage overall matters related to assigned customers.
- Lead and collaborate with engineering and project teams to execute awarded programs according to product roadmaps.
- Establish strong business relationships with key customers and conduct regular reviews to ensure strategic goals and sales revenue are achieved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management; global customers management is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability in critical thinking and negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Will to travel mainly in China or East Asia.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is RMB 450,000 - RMB 600,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
