Job Title: HR Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team at Continental. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  2. Candidate Selection: Work closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and ensure timely hiring decisions.
  3. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization by managing processes, orientation, and paperwork.

Employer Branding:

Create and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media strategies, career fairs, partnerships with universities, and developing marketing materials to enhance the company's employer image.

HR Operations and Administration:

  1. HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), including personal details, employment history, and performance data.
  2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Assist in audits and reporting when necessary.
  3. Benefits Administration: Help administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  4. HR Documentation: Prepare and process employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and employment changes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR functions. Proven experience in HR systems and processes-related projects.
