About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Operations Excellence Strategist, playing a key role in driving process improvement and operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate Business Process Management (BPM) to new heights by implementing cutting-edge strategies that align with Roche's ambitions, strategy, and organizational structure.
  • Ensure unwavering compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and SOPs at all times, demonstrating zero tolerance for non-compliance incidents and maintaining high standards in regular auditing for managed projects and events.
  • Lead the development of an event data management strategy, leveraging technology and automation tools to optimize processes, ensure healthy event data, and build a sustainable digital ecosystem.
  • Design and implement an event data model, standardizing data and creating meaningful dashboards to empower business growth.
  • Support the establishment of a corporate event efficiency framework, promoting mindset and behavior change, and ensuring smooth implementation to drive business success.
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial and growth mindset leadership skills, including project management, stakeholder engagement, communication, coaching, and influence.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in process and project management, with a strong understanding of Lean 6 sigma.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data management and system development.
  • Business acumen and solid knowledge of healthcare management, events policy, and SOPs in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications are highly valued.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
