Job Title: Account Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Service Representative to join our team at Tapestry, Inc. As a key member of our Wholesale Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate order management, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and responsive customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate order information, ensuring timely and efficient order processing, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless order management and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and company initiatives to provide informed and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in wholesale or retail customer service, order management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership.
