As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Display Technologies segment, which manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (LCDs) used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers, and flat panel desktop monitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the "order-to-cash" process
  • Clearly understand customer and Corning's commercial business process
  • Engage with customers to develop deep relationships and trust
  • Analyze data to create valuable insights and visuals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in international trade, economics, semiconductor, electronics, chemistry, material sciences, or glass science, optics, physics
  • 5-8 years of working experience in Electronics, Semi-conductor, Display industry
  • Strong knowledge of LCD/OLED display industry or semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Asian, especially the Chinese business culture
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
