As a pivotal player in the Philips HealthTech strategy, you will focus on enhancing the lives of parents and their infants during the crucial first 1000 days. Your role will be integral in promoting the renowned Philips Avent portfolio, ensuring families receive the best support for a healthy future.

Role Summary

Since the introduction of an innovative Go-To-Market model in the Greater China region, Philips Avent has partnered with a distinguished distribution ally to drive growth in the Avent core portfolio. Your contributions will be essential in achieving our ambitious business objectives, as we continue to exceed our targets and expand our team. In this international and customer-facing position, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various regions, focusing on maximizing our impact in the Greater China market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and execute all marketing and activation initiatives to meet business objectives, working in conjunction with the Partner and Business Unit. This encompasses innovation launches, promotional campaigns, direct-to-consumer strategies, and seasonal sales activities.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Recommend and manage the product portfolio, facilitate phase-in and phase-out processes, and ensure compliance with local artwork standards.
  • Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support for sales teams, including the development of launch toolkits and training programs.
  • Commercial Strategy: Assist in the execution of the commercial strategy, including pricing management and promotional planning.
  • Consumer Engagement: Ensure adherence to Philips standards in consumer care, organizing training sessions and data sharing initiatives.
  • Demand Planning: Collaborate with partners on demand forecasting and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze market data to provide actionable insights aimed at maximizing business value.
  • General Assistance: Offer operational support to the partnership and Business Unit team, ensuring effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience is essential.
  • International exposure, particularly within a matrix organization, is preferred.
  • Experience in the baby products sector or significant background in marketing and brand management within FMCG is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, including promotional strategies and marketing communications.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in international teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to achieving business goals.
  • Proficiency in English and basic Chinese, both written and spoken.
