Contract Management and Business Performance Expert

The World Economic Forum is seeking a highly skilled Contract Management and Business Performance Expert to join our team in China.

As part of our Business Performance and Contract Management team, this position will play a crucial role in providing efficient and accurate day-to-day business administration and on-the-ground support to our Business Engagement team throughout the entire contract lifecycle. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing business performance updates reflecting growth, retention, and quality patterns to our center teams in Geneva.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from creation to termination, working closely with Legal and Finance teams
  • Assist companies in joining the Forum by providing necessary information and support
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Document business processes and maintain materials up to date

Business Performance Responsibilities:

  • Track business performance for relevant internal teams by extracting data from dashboards and conducting data analysis
  • Provide regular business performance updates to relevant internal teams
  • Offer regular updates for the Business Engagement team regarding contract renewal, contract pipeline progress, unpaid bills, and other useful information

Other Related Duties:

  • Act as a liaison for matters concerning an internal decision-making board
  • Follow up with the Business Engagement team to resolve overdue invoices proactively
  • Participate in meetings with Information Technology for continuous improvement
  • Provide other related support within the wider Business Strategy and Services team

Requirements:

  • Mastery's Degree or equivalent in business administration, economics, management, or a related field (a bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of work experience may be accepted)
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales operations or order/contract management
  • Experience working at multinational corporations or international organizations is a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong asset
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Sound business judgement and problem-solving skills

Educational Background:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
