Job Overview

Position:

Billing Services Associate

Objective:

The Billing Services Associate is responsible for ensuring quality oversight on billing processes for significant clients and conducting quality assurance on invoice handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect and rectify data discrepancies in Key Client records for billing accuracy
  • Collaborate with various departments to address process-related inquiries
  • Partner with Credit Control to manage outstanding debts for Key Clients
  • Recognize opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost reduction

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Billing is essential
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience in Pivot Tables and Vlookup
  • Comprehension of the significance of precise billing and service delivery
  • Experience in Customer Service is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, commitment, and exceptional communication abilities
