We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, Pinnacle Business Expert.


About the Role



  • Collaborate with the Head of Resourcing and Onboarding to co-own the end-to-end recruitment journey of Personal Wealth Planners.
  • Contribute to the design of attraction pitches and participate in the selection process.
  • Ensure quality of hire and candidate experience to drive higher conversions from CV to join.
  • Align initiatives to communicate HSBC culture, purpose, and values.
  • Deliver fair outcomes for customers and maintain orderly and transparent operations.
  • Co-own location-level strategy and plan, organize job fairs, and recruitment seminars.
  • Act as an ambassador to Pinnacle, elevating the brand and value proposition.
  • Use data and analytics to track and manage reports, evaluate digital tools, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements



  • Understanding of selection methods and techniques.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience or agency recruitment experience preferred.
  • Proficient in social media and job boards.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing on social media preferred.
  • Proven skills in relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal and written communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.
  • Bachelor degree or above in business administration, human resources, or relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good proficiency in English.
