Logistics Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage resources and capabilities to solve import challenges in collaboration with related teams.
  • Work cooperatively with the Global Platform Logistics Team, 3PL logistics supplier, and broker to ensure timely delivery of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Work closely with Customs and government bureaus on necessary certificate applications and government-related affairs.
  • Effectively operate the E-lot system, ensuring annual Customs E-lot verification passes without issues.
  • Support China MFG revenue/OTD and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with logistics and functional teams on projects to meet logistics saving targets.

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of business experience in logistics and trade compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong capability in managing 3PL performance and working with government departments.
  • Have good knowledge of Customs regulations and familiarity with necessary certificate applications, including 3C, electronic efficiency, Li battery transportation certificates, and used equipment imports.
  • Have good knowledge of classification and DG handling.
  • Experience working in a collaborative manner on cross-functional assignments with a broad range of issues across large-scale, complex international environments.
  • Working experience in the Electric Industry or ACE company is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
