Job Title: Change Control Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Change Control Engineer to join our team at Voith Group.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Maintain technical information on the Navision system.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date technical information is stored on the Navision system.

  • Monitor ECN status before official release, including change requests and task assignments.

Collect, manage, and distribute technical change information according to established procedures, and record change tasks in the system.

  • Control and release drawings and BOMs, requesting drawings on Navision and downloading BOMs from SAP.

Manage drawings and BOMs in the system, ensuring controlled release, registration, and recovery.

  • Translate technical documents using the Across system.

Collect and store technical documents, uploading them to relevant systems as needed.

  • Maintain SAP information.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date SAP information.

  • Perform administrative tasks for the department.

Assist with departmental administrative tasks.

  • Implement laws, regulations, and company policies related to work safety, health, and environmental requirements.
  • Implement company and department quality policies and goals.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

Minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree.

  • Mechanical background.

Preference given to candidates with a mechanical background.

  • Language: English CET-4.
  • IT skills: Basic knowledge and application of MS-Office.

Proficiency in English and basic MS-Office skills required.
