Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage finances and budgets related to service delivery.

  • Remain organized and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Build partnerships and collaborate with team leaders to determine service delivery criteria and solutions for potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics is highly desirable.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in business support software.
  • Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills.
  • Resource planning skills and understanding of Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA).
  • Excellent leadership skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
