Duy trì giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng để đảm bảo nhận được yêu cầu chính xác; Duy trì liên lạc hiệu quả với các bộ phận như UAP, ME, chất lượng, kho bãi và kế hoạch vật liệu để đảm bảo sản xuất hàng ngày được thực hiện chính xác; Lập kế hoạch sản xuất MPS dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng, thực hiện S&OP hàng tháng và tổ chức họp với các bên liên quan để truyền đạt kế hoạch sản xuất ngắn hạn và dài hạn, đảm bảo S&OP hàng tháng và MPS hàng tuần được phát hành chính xác vào hệ thống SAP; Đối với các yêu cầu vượt quá công suất, kịp thời cảnh báo nhà máy và xây dựng giải pháp trước; Sử dụng 'Nhật ký công việc kế hoạch sản xuất' để kiểm tra các điểm quan trọng trong xưởng, thu thập dữ liệu kịp thời và cập nhật bảng thông tin; Lập danh sách kiểm tra cho các kế hoạch dự phòng và theo dõi tiến độ thử nghiệm của các dự án liên quan; Tham gia giải quyết các vấn đề trong xưởng, đảm bảo các vấn đề được nâng cấp theo quy tắc phản ứng; Tối ưu hóa số lượng sản phẩm hoàn thiện và bán thành phẩm, liên tục giảm tồn kho; Tối ưu hóa quy trình KANBAN và liên tục đào tạo nhân viên logistics và sản xuất; Tích cực tham gia vào việc kiểm tra nội bộ và bên ngoài của công ty cũng như khắc phục các vấn đề, đảm bảo việc kiểm tra diễn ra suôn sẻ.
• Trình độ học vấn tối thiểu:
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành logistics trở lên
• Kinh nghiệm:
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành sản xuất;
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mô-đun kế hoạch sản xuất;
• Kiến thức chuyên môn:
Am hiểu hệ thống chất lượng IATF;
Kinh nghiệm vận hành mô-đun PP trong hệ thống SAP;
Nắm vững kiến thức toàn diện về mô-đun kế hoạch sản xuất;
Kỹ năng viết tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh tốt;
• Năng lực lãnh đạo yêu cầu:
Tập trung vào khách hàng / Hợp tác với người khác / Quản lý độ phức tạp
