Senior Product Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic initiatives for designated product lines within specific regions, concentrating on intricate deals and vital support for overall sales performance.
- Deliver pre-sales marketing assistance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Partner with Business Development teams to formulate effective local market strategies, particularly focusing on complex transactions and instrument sales.
- Coordinate with central marketing to design and execute impactful local marketing strategies.
- Meet and surpass sales objectives, showcasing expertise in managing complex transactions and promoting instrument sales.
- Enhance personal skills through ongoing learning and training opportunities.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
- Promote Siemens solutions through personal contributions, including publications, presentations, and collaborations.
- Conduct thorough training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to address practical challenges and enhance local strategies.
- Take on individual projects or tasks assigned by supervisors, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, specifically in diagnostics.
- A proven track record in marketing with extensive knowledge of diagnostic products, their features, applications, and benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, employing various communication methods effectively.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with company policies and procedures, as well as the financial systems in use.
- Effective planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- A university degree, preferably in medical or natural sciences.
