Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic initiatives for assigned product lines within specified regions, with a focus on intricate transactions and pivotal support for overall sales achievements.
  • Deliver pre-sales marketing assistance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Engage closely with Business Development teams to shape effective local market strategies, particularly concerning complex transactions and instrument sales.
  • Partner with central marketing to devise and execute impactful local marketing strategies.
  • Meet and surpass sales objectives, showcasing expertise in managing complex transactions and promoting instrument sales.
  • Enhance personal skills through ongoing learning and training opportunities.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the industry.
  • Promote Siemens solutions through personal contributions, including publications, presentations, and collaborative efforts.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to tackle practical challenges and contribute to the refinement of local strategies.
  • Engage in individual projects or tasks assigned by supervisors or the organization, ensuring personal success aligns with overall objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing within the healthcare sector, particularly in diagnostics.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing with comprehensive knowledge of diagnostics products, features, applications, and benefits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, utilizing various communication methods effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with company procedures and policies, as well as the financial systems in place.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
  • A university degree, preferably in medical or natural sciences.
