Job Summary

Spencer Stuart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our Healthcare team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants in delivering exceptional executive search services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the start-up phase of searches by participating in client kick-off meetings and assisting in the development of search strategies.
  • Gather relevant information regarding industries and target companies, including identifying potential prospects and sources.
  • Represent clients effectively in the marketplace and present a comprehensive universe of qualified candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with the search team and remain abreast of search developments.
  • Prepare organized information for client progress reports and meetings.
  • Ensure up-to-date assignment, company, and candidate information is available for colleagues.
  • Develop expertise in a defined industry, functional, or geographic candidate pool.
  • Contribute to local, practice, or Firm-wide initiatives.
Requirements
  • University graduate with a college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or executive search environment.
  • Domain or subject matter expertise in an industry or functional area.
  • International mindset and experience working across borders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and additional language skills an advantage.
