Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned sales region, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including pre-sales product support, order management, and after-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
- Attend business meetings and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the international Account Department.
- Support colleagues during periods of leave, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with a preference for CET4 certification.
- Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
