Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned sales region, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including pre-sales product support, order management, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer needs.
  • Attend business meetings and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the international Account Department.
  • Support colleagues during periods of leave, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, with a preference for CET4 certification.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
