Job Title: District Sales Executive
Job Summary:
The District Sales Executive is a key role at Expeditors, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in their assigned territory. This position requires a strong understanding of the logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned territory and develop a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Service, and Knowledge Management resources, to provide value-added solutions for customers
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on Expeditors' products and services
- Attend local trade groups and industry events to build relationships and stay informed about industry trends
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the logistics industry and ability to communicate complex ideas to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency for goal achievement
