Senior Brand Manager, Injectable Aesthetics

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Galderma. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and market share for our designated brand in the professional channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to support brand development and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. medical science, pharmacy, business).
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in brand management or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
