We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to drive the success of our Injectable Aesthetics brand.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our brand strategy, driving business growth, and controlling marketing expenditure within budget. This role requires a strong commercial insight, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan marketing strategies in both consumer and professional channels, ensuring alignment with the brand strategy.
  • Drive business growth by achieving targets within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging for all relevant stakeholders, gaining market intelligence through relevant market research programs.
  • Implement marketing strategies and tactics optimally, designing and executing product marketing tactical plans/promotional mix.
  • Integrate and coordinate marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts.
  • Assess sales performance, identify variances to plan, and recommend proposals to rectify or capitalize on current sales performance.
  • Maintain excellent collaboration with other functions, including Medical Affairs and Regulatory functions.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:



  • A university degree or above in Medical Science, Pharmacy, or a related major.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in brand management of pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Demonstrated solid experience in brand marketing strategy development, promotional programs development, and execution.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, proficiency in using standard software applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a team player mentality.
