Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled Biological Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Biological Agronomy team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth for assigned crops and managing the life cycle of products from market needs identification to launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: In charge of assigned brands, including product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Product Development: Work with Biological Agronomy team to design and refine knowledge transferring plans, implement training, and improve product-related knowledge levels.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct price/volume/profit analysis and develop optimum marketing pricing strategies.
  • Commercial Planning: Work with Crop team and commercial team on Annual Integrated Market plan, campaign plan, and demand forecasting.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Design and implement knowledge transferring plans, train and coach team members, and improve product-related knowledge levels.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in similar roles, Agri-Biological or special fertilizer segment experience is required, with NPI experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, leadership character, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both oral and written.
