Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic internal communication plans that support company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans that support company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive branding initiatives in the site, ensuring that the company's brand is consistently represented and promoted internally.
  • Craft compelling internal messages and communication materials that resonate with corporate messaging.
  • Support senior executives' communication to employees, including email communication and speech preparation.
  • Provide guidance and develop training programs to enhance employee engagement and communication skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of direct working experience in corporate or internal/employee communications.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, as well as strong executive ability.
  • Good command of English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, responsible, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
