Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for our AS product line in China, working closely with HQ and local management to ensure market insights are aligned.
- Guide and convince the local sales team on our innovations, products, and sales strategies, empowering them to effectively present and sell our solutions.
- Train the local sales team on how to present and sell our products, highlighting their key selling points and features.
- Conduct impressive product demonstrations to prospects and customers, showcasing our solutions and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and roll out measures to increase revenue with our products, identifying opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
- Present our solutions at seminars and conferences, establishing Bruker as a thought leader in the industry.
- Initiate and trigger marketing activities to increase awareness of our products, driving business growth and expansion.
- Suggest improvements and enhancements to our products to strengthen their position and establish them in new markets.
- This role reports to the Remote Sensing Application Manager, OPTICS CN.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in product management or project management.
- Knowledge of Near-Infrared (NIR) technology is highly desirable.
- Master's degree in technical engineering or natural sciences.
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate technical innovations and sales initiatives to project teams and country organizations globally.
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 50% of working time.
- Motivational and leadership attitude.
