Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest registration, checkout, and mail services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maximize occupancy, revenue, and average rate while maintaining high service standards.
  • Effectively handle guest complaints and implement long-term solutions.
  • Review guest feedback and drive outstanding results from TripAdvisor.
  • Initiate the implementation of new Front Office Standards & Procedures.
  • Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of Front Office experience with at least 3 years managerial experience.
  • Familiar with Opera System.
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua.
  • Good training skills and communications skills.
