Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest registration, checkout, and mail services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maximize occupancy, revenue, and average rate while maintaining high service standards.
- Effectively handle guest complaints and implement long-term solutions.
- Review guest feedback and drive outstanding results from TripAdvisor.
- Initiate the implementation of new Front Office Standards & Procedures.
- Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of Front Office experience with at least 3 years managerial experience.
- Familiar with Opera System.
- Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua.
- Good training skills and communications skills.
