Assistant Front Office Manager

Salary: Estimated HKD 550,000 - 650,000 per annum (based on industry standards and location)

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of front office experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. They should possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, managing occupancy and revenue, handling guest complaints, and implementing new procedures to enhance guest experiences. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for further training and career advancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of front office experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Familiarity with Opera System
  • Excellent command of spoken English and Putonghua
  • Good training and communication skills
